In the Netflix – you carve out pathways. The individual gets conditioned, programmed, habituated.

And when you’re a teenager, those pathways aren’t formed. You’re forming pathways. And so this is the thing, you wanna be mindful, aware.

I think the best word is paying attention. You wanna pay attention to what is happening in your life.

It’s important / helpful to develop healthy habits early on. As a teen the neuropathways aren’t formed yet. Habit building is a process of forming neural path ways in the brain.

Once the neuro pathway is established, connections are easier.

The habit becomes easier.

understanding that your brain is developing, understanding that you’re developing, and understand that your brain stops growing. And so you don’t wanna do anything to harm your brain is the point, Right? And so learn to be healthy. And this other thing is with habits, you don’t have habits installed.

Work on creating the proper habits. It’s gonna be hard as anything in the beginning, there’s a learning curve.

But once you have the habits, it’s gonna help you. And so doing that, so

looking at short term versus long term,

and so you’re getting there the other option is not building the habits and getting the returns in the short term, but that’s not good in the long term.
